It is with honor and humility that Fotso Ngassa, CEO of Gajo Livestock, was decorated at the Palais des Congrès among the three young Cameroonians distinguished as Ambassadors of Entrepreneurship, Growth and Job Creation for Youth.
This distinction was presented by the Honorable Roger Mélingui, President of the Network of Parliamentarians for the Promotion of Private Entrepreneurship, in the presence of Senators, Ministers, Members of Government and Parliamentarians.
Receiving this title of Ambassador of Entrepreneurship, Growth and Job Creation is a real source of motivation.
Despite the challenges, I chose to persevere, innovate and build. I want every young person to understand that nothing is impossible with work, resilience and a clear vision.
Don't let any obstacle slow down your ambitions. Africa needs builders!

This title of Ambassador, like my counterpart His Excellency Roger Milla who went from footballer to Roving Ambassador, symbolizes my determination in entrepreneurship. Having suffered everything with the Anglophone Crisis, the destruction of my ranch and my cutting room in Douala, this recognition is a reminder to young people to never give up on their dreams despite the obstacles.
